We are ok. We knew he didnt have long. he was in rejection, had his call 2 years ago. 2 years seem so short, but so so long as well. afterall we have been waiting 19months now.

it hurts abit, like a little dull ache. i wotn ever see him again, having a cup of tea on the benches outside the pavillion, in the sunshine.

I just had a look at your blog, misdee. Love the pics of Nicole, Lauren and Serena at the fun run, but so sad to read your latest entry. Most of us lose a couple of close people in a decade or more - you are losing them every year -

Thats the thing about waiting. we see some friends walk away with a new heart/lungs and back into their own lives. but knowing that some wont be alive in 5 years time. and others dont even get that chance. B was lovely.

Friendships are forced together so tight in there. Peter has made many good friends. today it was 'Italian lady had her transplant 10 weeks ago, and is going home' and 'oh B passed away on sunday' So many mixed emotions to deal with.
