Ok my hands and feet are freezing all time I wotwork ououtside alot which doesn't help. When driving my fingers go white like im dead!! I think this all points at Raynauds but I also keep getting numbing sensations in my leg and wrist right side only. I currently have a muscular (?) problem lower back / bum left side. Could all this be linked? Safe to say I do have minor health anxiety too following sudden death of mum 18months ago.

Fingers etc is almost certainly raynauds : get a nice pair of fleece lined gloves and wear them all the time - fingerless if you have to

numbness : how flexible is your lower back - could be sciatica

go find a yoga or pilates class as it will help with both

Might all be linked but keep warm, get some heat pads for your hands and make sure you prevent cold as only way to warm up from cold is application of external heat sources.

Try getting more flexability in yourself will also help the numbness might be solvable with yoga / Pilates / core strength.

No idea but I have been getting something similar - cold feet and hands, issue with lower back into bum cheek on right side, tingling, burning and pain in legs and arms.

I also have health anxiety - are we twins?!

Watching thread for interest :)

with Raynauds, that is not true.

My hands can go white on a hot August day.
Its an autoimmune reaction that causes the capillaries to shut down.
Vibration is a more common cause than direct cold.

Thank you I have started pilates as I recognise my core is shot! So will see how that goes. Regards the fingers I need glove advice I guess (new thread) as they need to be light and thin due to nature of job but obviously neex arctic quality!

Gloves : nip to Decathlon and see what you can get in the way of skiing under layers

a good lightweight thermal top with really long sleeves to keep your wrists warm is also a v v good idea

If core is shot, that is the sciatic stuff - yup Pilates will make a HUGE difference fast

another gloves idea is wet-suit ones with the finger tips cut off
OR
if you can access a military surplus, flash gloves again with finger tips cut off
