Recently I have noticed a sort of aching pain in my left boob.
I quit BF about a year ago now (I should probably point out that my BF experience was truly horrific and left my nipples scarred, traumatised, etc.). However, I have recently noticed a lot of what-looks-like dead, white skin cells on the tips and sides of my nipples, which (sorry if TMI) I do pick off if they're really hard/ loose. Could the achy feeling be a result of the skin on the nipple just repairing? Or perhaps it's linked to my period?
