Rheumatology appt when I have no pain - pointless?

I have an appt tomorrow after GP referral a couple of months ago because of ongoing pains. RA test negative but high positive ANA. So could be nothing.
I have good and bad phases.

Typically at the minute (and last couple of days) I feel fine. Will there be anything useful they will be able to tell tomorrow?

Did you attend the appointment?

I did. Wouldn't have failed to attend, grateful for the appt.

(Although all a bit unclear but I'm starting to get that that's just how it is.)
