Lump/bump back of upper thigh near bum...

not sure whether I should 'bother' the doctor with this...

I've noticed a lump a few months back at the back of my thigh close to where the bum starts. It's quite pronounced/firm, can be pushed around, not painful to the touch, just slightly sensitive. Hasn't gotten bigger I think, at least not significantly.

Wondering wether it's just a lymphe node? No diea whether there are any running through that particular area. or whether it's a fatty deposit, as it seems to have been more obvious since I've lost a few kg's.

Any input welcomed

it could be a polyp which is a bit of fatty stuff. I'd get it checked in case though
