Evening. I have had no voice a few days now and on some antibiotics. I have never had this before but its giving me a cough and tight throat. Its concerning me a bit and have read somewhere with layringtitis you have to completely rest.
Unfortunately i have been ill in bed already since monday and things are building up again. How can i look after this, myselfas well as keep housework up to date. Has anyone else suffered with this before and how long did it take to recover??thanks
