Collapsed yesterday and was taken to hospital. After ruling put many things they advised I was having vertigo and have put me on stemetil (3 times a day). I'm feeling a little better but dizziness is still there.

Sorry if this has been asked before.
I was wondering what I should be doing to help myself with the symptoms. Tried searching online but got nowhere - I'm probably not looking right.

Please can people with experience of it give me any tips.

The hospital couldn't really say if I'll have it long term or if this was a one off. I've got to go back to my G.P in a weeks time to be checked. I don't even know what I should be taking note of until then apart from the dizziness.

Sorry for rambling I'm a bit confused at the moment Sad
