Hello, I just thought I'd ask MN about this as its driving me mad. I had a little girl 3 weeks ago and as a result of the birth became very anaemic. About a week later I have developed a slight speech impediment which makes me slur d's and t's. My doctor has just asked me to keep taking the iron tablets for a week to see if it clears the speech impediment, but I can't say I think they are linked. I just hoped some part of the MN wisdom may have come across this before and can offer any advice?
