dt2 been throwing up sice 6pm last night......................

she cant even hold down water, but she is saying she is hungry, what should I do?

she is 2.10 yrs

Hard isn't it? I thought the current advice was not to starve.....if she is saying she is hungry have you got a plain biscuit or dry toast?

Might come back up again but eventually she is going to keep something down. And yeah, dioralyte to get the balance back.

Yes the rest of us are fine at the moment, it came on very suddenly and she has not stopped all evening, she soaked her bed 3 times before 9pm, so she has been downstairs for the rest of the night dozing on the sofa, with me on the other sofa.
I have some dioralyte, will try that from a spoon as she wont drink it from a cup, thanks

The dioralyte was a no go, but she has had a couple of bites of a rich tea biscuit.
