No compressed nerve but new numbness

Hi all,
My physio said my pain was due to a very tight iliopsoas muscle but there is no nerve entrapment. Yesterday I started with slight numbness in my foot, it went off but then this morning it was in my calf and foot, a wierd feeling-like there was something squeezing my calf.
My question is, do I wait and tell my physio on 16th, or see the doctor? My physio knows nothing about the numbness, as it only started yesterday.
Any replies/comments/advice very much appreciated, thank you :-)
