Did /does yours hurt?

Mine is completely OK if i am laid flat and becomes increasingly painful, the longer I am standing upright.

Sex is also very painful (to the point where we can't DTD)

Gynae have been to see says pain associated with prolapse is "unusual"

I can't believe this. Surely it isn't just me?

Yeah, mine was painful and I was taken seriously. Ask to see. Uro-gynae not just a gynae. They honestly know better.

Mine ached like hell the longer I was on my feet. Sex didn't hurt particularly but ached afterwards. I had a hysterectomy at 35 (had finished having my family) and all has been fine since.

Defo ask to see uro gynae!

He was a uro gynae (sorry I didn't make that clear Blush ) In fact - I have been told that by 2 of them, now.

It does make me feel more confident for further discussions, to know that this isn't true - so thank you very much for your replies. ( I have had confidence severely knocked by this, as it has been going on since I had DD - now 4!) I just keep being referred back to the chronic pain clinic.
