hand holding needed

So I've been suffering with awful back pain and loosing brown discharge for the last 5 months been fobbed off by gps several times but finally demanded a swab. I had a triple swab done and the results were bk yesterday. I am clear of all infections std, PID and all others. But some cells came back as abnormal and I am now due to have a scan. I am still suffering with awful back and abdo pain and still loosing the brown discharge. when I wipe it looks like a muddy colour sorry if tmi. I am just so scared. I also wake up feeling sick and I have hardly any appetite. can any help or has anyone been in this situation
