I am extremely nauseous tonight. af started and i feel like i could puke. mid month when i ovulated i felt the same way. anyone else suffers with this? I have had it off and on now for years. please don't tell me it gets worse with age.

I get this... have you tried some sort of hormone balancing thing? I cant think what ive bene told to use... someone will know...
