My head is driving me mad!

I have chronic daily migraines and am seeing specialists and on meds for them. However in the last few days ive had a horrendous pulsing in my head and at work today couldnt lift my head and nearly blacked out.

I'm waiting for a call from ooh drs as i don't feel balanced but wondering if anyone had had this and if so what was it? Thanks

I hate to see anyone not get an answer - I can't help but hopefully you've spoken to your gp now?

I did get something like this when I tried medication for blood pressure - could be meds related?

I'm suffering the same. Have always suffered with migraines and I'm on nadolol daily. Had two really bad ones in the last week and I've lost some permanent vision in my right eye. I'm 36 with 2 little ones and I'm feeling really fed up. Feel spaced out and anxious all the time that I'm going to get another.
