Bleeding between periods - doctor?

Hello
I have very heavy periods every 21 days.
I finished my period the Sunday before last (11Jan) However, today I am bleeding again, not heavily but enough to notice. I've also had the usual period symptoms of migraine/nausea etc.

Does anyone have any suggestions as to what it might be, or if I should go to the doctors. I'm a bit worried as I'm usually as regular as clockwork!!

How old are you? Are you on any contraception?
