I think I have PCOS as I have most of the symptoms, the biggest problem I have is female pattern hair loss, it's got so bad that my scalp is visible on at the top of my head. My question is, will taking a combined low-dose oral contraceptive with minimal androgen effect like Marvelon/Gaderel/Yasmin (containing ethinylestrodiol and desorgestrel, gestodene or norgestimate) reduce my hair loss or make it worse? thank you
