Is this just Nappie Rash or..

Dd2 has had red spots on her front bottom for a few weeks but up till today they did'nt look soar but today they almost look like small blisters, i put Matanium cream on it and now the tops of the spots look white, i can't remember dd1 having anything like this, is it just nappie rash?

Could be baby eczema. It sounds like how DS's comes up - small red spots that turn white

It could be, but the spots seem to be a bit big for eczema and they are a very dark red colour.

My dd's nappy rash does that when I put metanium on. It also clears up within 48 hrs of using metanium at evry nappy change. Maybe give it a couple of days and see how it is then. It could be thrush if it doesn't clear up with metanium.

This sounds like something my friends new dd had, the HV suggested she use Bepanthen cream which was great and cleared it up in just a few days. HTH
