I have been on thyroxine for 12 years, gradually increased to 150mcg. I have been stable at this dose for over three years and have yearly bloods, I think the last one was October.
Since before Christmas I have been feeling horribly tired when I wake up, struggling to get out of bed or even open my eyes. Even when I do get up I don't have any energy. i have also put nearly 10lbs on in this time, I know it's been Christmas but this is an unusual weight gain for me.
Actually reading that back I think I have answered my own question, I think I need to get bloods done don't I?

Yup. Your looking for TSH down at the bottom of the reference range and FT4 and FT3 up in the top quarter. Many of us need more meds in the winter.
