My just four year old boy has always been quite hairy, back, monobrow and little trash. I am so upset that he has started commenting on how hairy he is at such a young age. I am worried he will be teased once he starts school in September.is there anything I can do?

Hi, people are not likely to see your question in this topic. Maybe ask MNHQ to move it to a different area.
FWIW, my DD1 is v hairy, she's never had any comments though AFAIAA.

I think you should go to the GP and ask for a referral to an endocrinologist.
Be sure to mention the hair on his back, which shouldn't be there at 4.
