steam..steam..steam!your earache is most probably caused by all the inflammation in your eustachian tubes, however, if it persists, it might be a wise precaution to have your ears checked for infection if you are flying.
im afraid i dont know the protocol for taking medicines on board a plane

I had same problem two weeks ago, makes you very tired, not sleeping well at all as I'm also pregnant prevention is very difficult, according to GP. I had to take antibiotics in the end but did take longtime to get better. See your GP maybe they have a nose spray.
