Turmeric tablets

I've been reading a lot of good things about turmeric recently & have decided to try some but there are so many different tablets with different amounts. Can anyone recommend a brand?

If you want it for pain control and can afford it (££s) Curamin (Terry Naturals) is supposed be good. It was recommended on a previous thread somewhere.
