so ive had the cortisone injection but they think something else going on

I've been referred to vascular consultant as I've no pulse in my wrist, he suspects Thoracic outlet syndrome, anyone got experience of this?

Having nerve conduction tests but wanted to know the outcome of anyone who has this & gone through the surgery.
