sorry TMI but should I be worried if I am having irregular bleeding if I am on the Pill?

I have always been pretty regular but I have been bleeding on and off (sorry tmi) for a few days and my period isn't due for ages. the blood was bright red too. tmitmitmi
oh and I am still breastfeeding.
should I be worried?

thanks bb, it's micronor (progesterone only pill) and yes I am feeling hormonal/PMT which I NEVER used to get....

Hi I am on this pill as well and you can get irregular bleeding with it but if you are at all worried ask for an appointment with your GP or Nurse.

Pops or mini pills can often be a bit like this at the start. I wouldnt worry too much. See here .
