my goodness you are having a right time of it.

Different things work for each child but generally
-steamy air (so turn on hot taps in the bathroom and close the door)
-cold night air (let her take some big breaths outside)

Failing that, if she is really struggling to breathe, get her down to the hosp.

I think it's a warm steamy environment, i.e in the bathroom with shower on -although some people say that the fresh air helps just as much.

Wrap her up warm and take outside in the night air. This really worked for dd when she had it.

Also put wet towels on warm radiators in her room but keep the windows open

Hope she gets better soon

Try to put her in a warm, humid atmosphere. When my ds had it, the doctor advised us to go in the bathroom, shut the door, and run the shower very hot, so the room steamed up. It really did work. If this doesn't work, then you should call a doctor, as your dd may then need medication to open her airways a bit.
