Oh god, what is this?

I've got horrible backache (mid back), exhausted - been asleep for most of the day and still shattered. Woke up in the middle of the night nauseous, abd today I've got terrible wind (sorry!) and a bit of a stomach ache. Help!

Sounds like a stomach bug. In our house, we can all get the same bug but although the kids might be sick, me and my husband might be more the way you describe. It usually drags on longer and ends with diarrhoea, sadly. But there is no telling. Hopefully you will wake up tomorrow loads better.
