Had one on Monday night and still feeling very odd and wobbly. Felt ok on Tuesday and then yesterday I was asleep pretty much all day and all night. Feeling a little better today but nowhere near normal.

normally it takes about a day, can you go back to doctors, it sounds like quite a long time poor you, it's awful

It took me a good while but not sure if it lasted 4 days? I just felt like sleeping all the time and was very woozy. It eventually wore off until I didn't feel light-headed anymore. I think mine lasted 2 days? Can't really remember. Maybe ring nhs direct for some advice?

have you had ay pain killers that might send you like that?

i has impacted wisdom teeth removed and they gave me morphine injections for when i woke up and i felt like that for about a week after.i ant have pethadine either as it does the same.

could it be something like that other than just the anaesthetic??

Some people react badly to GAs I find - my Mum had a minor op and felt rough from the GA for about 3 weeks, I had one and was fine within a day as was DS2 when he had one for dental surgery.
