Surviving thrush while AF is here - help, please!

I have thrush and am at the beginning of AF (quite heavy flow) so the Canesten cream is not working very well and I can't use the pessary yet.

Any advice for making it more comfortable in the meantime?

Thanks in advance

The oral tablet?

Oral tablet and pads rather than tampons.

The oral tablet is the best way to deal with thrush.

Oral tablet is the best treatment

How come you can't use the pessary yet? I often get thrush at the end of my period and just pop in the pessary after a shower.

I might try it now crumble it's just that AF was very heavy so I thought the pessary might not get chance to work :-/
