I've had a sinus infection with everything blocked up for about a week or so; a bit of ear ache but nothing major in that area. I blew my nose a bit hard this afternoon and something went pop in my ear; I've now gone nearly deaf on that side and it's really tickly, although not painful as such, more just uncomfortable
Could I have burst my ear drum? It's not bleeding or anything. It feels like I want to pop it like in a plane but I can't do anything through chewing, yawning etc. what can I do? It's really getting on my nerves!
