Could this just be piles?

I have a sensation of fullness in the rectal area. Definitely internal. No constipation though I did when pregnant-4DC youngest 10 mtgs. I also had pretty bad vulval varicosities when pregnant, so figure I could well have VV at the back end too. For some reason I'm terrified it's rectal cancer….

U always worry about the worse but that cancer is very rare so could be a number of things. I started bleeding after going to the toilet to the point I was shaking when I came out the loo rushed to the walk in centre told it was piles always best to get checked out xx

Sounds like could be piles but you have to get it checked out. Unlikely to be cancer but better safe than sorry.
