Brown Urine in 3.5 yo

Im not a doctor, but if we have dark (not sure about brown) urine here, we generally consider that the person concerned has not been drinking enough water.

I would agree with indinatio ... urine is normally darker in the morning isn't it? When you haven't been to the loo in the night ...
It gets paler as you dilute it by drinking water IYSWIM?

But then again ... if it is brown (as opposed to dark yellow) could it be blood and therefore perhaps a bladder infection? Is he ill or anything?

I can never tell if he is ill unless there are 'viible' symptoms as he is autistic, I will try lots of water and cranberry and see if it helps.
