Hi, would love to know if anyone can shed any light on this before I go mad here... Okay have bad allergies and atopic eczema.I take daily antihistamines .Last week I broke out in a rash all over body for a day and what appeared to be a head cold.Its over a week now and I am absolutely miserable here with nose all blocked nothing to blow out if you know what I mean and I cannot smell or taste anything.I am beginning to wonder does it sound allergy related?? I am taking my antihistamines and no relief.Have tried the nasal relief congestion tablets and a prescribed nasal spray .Am feeling sorry for myself I HATE alkergies.thanks
