Food poisoning?

So I ate some possibly undercooked chicken 9 days ago in a restaurant.

Dim lighting, I got to the last piece of chicken which was thicker than the rest and relished it was almost raw.

Anyway I was fine until 6 days later , and I've now had 3 days of stomach pain and a few episode I'd diarrhoea.

Is it possible tone the chicken after so long.

Ecoli and listeria can both take a couple of weeks sometimes I think, though usually it is quicker.

Poor you. Lots of fluids.
