I was referred from the dentist I normally see to another dentist in the practice (who does only private) as my dentist did not feel he would be able to replace my bridges even if I went private with him. To cut a long story short having seen the second dentist I decided I would have some additional problems restored. It is going to cost an arm and several legs - all four quadrants of my mouth are involved.
The dentist has said that to get the best result all the preparation has to be done at once - he wants me to have a two and a half hour appointment. Is it really necessary to have it all done at once or is he trying to ensure I don't run for the hills after the bridges are done?
