Just come of finial Tramadol last night after taking for 6 months for back pain (herniated disc).
Leg/hip pain this morning. Want to take something that isn't Tramadol (on paracetamol and ibuprofen) do I nix the paracetamol and take co codamol instead or just add in 1 codine?
Going out so need to be pain free as clear headed.
