Having this done in January 2015 and hysteroscopy for fibroids and polyps. At 44 fed up with the increasingly difficult monthly heavy periods and all it entails. Sterilised many years ago. Unsure if this will remedy my situation or make it worse? Any advice greatly appreciated.
