Argh! I have general allergies for with I use a steroid nose spray, which improves but doesn't cure my nose problem, part of which is a post nasal drip. Basically I have snot dripping down the back of my throat fairly constantly, which can make my breath smelly in that sort of cold (achoo, not brrr) way. My teeth are in good condition, clean them twice a day, visit dentist etc. I can't gargle with mouthwash as it makes me retch really badly, but I have now taken to swallowing mouthwash instead. I am at my wits' end as to what to do now, especially as DD (8 years) has told me twice that my breath smells. Other than constantly crunching on mints, which don't actually solve the problem as the smell is from the back, not the front of my mouth.
Any suggestions so gratefully received ....
