Sphincter of oddi dysfunction

Just basically want to know if anyone has this and what treatment they have had.

hi just wanted to let you know that you are not alone. i too suffer from sod and have been having regular spasms for the past three years. it started after i had my gb removed. after having six ercp's done i finally had a sphinctorectomy done dec 2013. at present i am not experiecing as many attacks as before and find that if i watch my diet and don't take any opiods then i can keep the pain at bay. this is not easy for me as i suffer with wide spread arthiritis. hope this info helps.
