i am used to usually having some motilium with me to take for bloating/fullness and it helps with panicky nausea cause by emetophobia too.

I hadn't seen any in the last 2 pharmacies i checked so googled and its been withdrawn due to side effects. does anyone have recommendations for something similar they use? thanks Smile

You can get motilium from your gp, I take it a lot too and am disappointed that I can no longer buy it over the counter, I'm going to my gp next week to get some on prescription.

I find peppermint tea can help with the bloating.
