SMall mole type thign has appears on my face, very tiny, doesnt hurt - should I get this checked?

noticed it a few weeks ago, very tiny size of a pin head really, or a titsy bit bigger.... brown, very slightly raised. Doesnt hurt or itch.

Should I get it checked?

I always think people should err on the side of caution with stuff like this and I'd suggest making a routine gp appt. perhaps photograph it today so that you have a record of development
