I just wanted to share this. I found Michelle's details on mumsnet ages back and she's brilliant. Her site is a goldmine of information including exercises that are safe for women who have slight prolapses. Many- including Pilates- make it worse. There's lots of free stuff on her site and it's really worth a look. she will also answer questions by email and she sends out a monthly newsletter- it's a good reminder to keep doing the exercises!
