is this normal with piles? Have had a sigmoidoscopy and previous colonoscopy and came back normal, except for some piles. It's a bit weird but often seems to accompany vaginal bleeding. I've had a sigmoid colectomy and the join is at the rectum but they said that looked OK at the sigmoidoscopy. Many thanks
