Could this be a gall bladder problem?

For the last 3-4 weeks I've had stomach cramps, nausea, intermittent diarrohea, acid indigestion - lost 3/4 stone (probably underweight now). Initially thought it was a virus, visited GP after 2 weeks who took bloods and sample - these tests showed nothing. In the last week I've also developed pain behind right shoulder blade. It's not excruciating but really unpleasant, but is better when I lie down and I don't have first thing in the morning. My appetite's returned but still feel waves of nausea and BMs are still not normal. Plus I'd really like the back/shoulder pain to go.

Had a really bad spell of health anxiety 3 years ago and ended up on anti-ds and wondering if this is the beginnings of a similar episode, in which case, I've learnt my best strategy is to ignore and symptoms will slowly disappear. But the potential gallbladder link is niggling me...

I wasn't convinced until you said about the shoulder blade. Classic symptom of gall stones apparently!

Go back and ask for ultrasound. Hope you can get sorted quickly

You need to go to your GP.

Humm, we can't possibly diagnose anything online!

You really need to make a food diary and see your GP ASAP.
(Fwiw, try eating a fatty meal and then see if symptoms are bad.)
