Small hard lump (TMI thread)

This is going to be a bit TMI so I'm really sorry in advance. On Friday night I noticed a small hard lump inside my inner labia (as opposed to just on the skin, it's actually underneath the skin and is like a ball) It wasn't painful or itchy and was about the size of a pea so i thought it was maybe just a weird spot or something.

It's painful today though, and has grown to the size of maybe a kidney bean. Makes closing my legs uncomfortable. Really don't want to go to the doctors, not a fan of folk fiddling with my bits and I'm really embarrassed about opening my legs for doctors.

Anyone got any ideas? Cause with all this stuff about lumps n things, I'm really hoping that someone is gonna come slap me and tell me of course it's not any deadly disease beginning with C.

And it probably doesn't sound like it in my post, but I'm worried.

I don't think anything which has grown that quick will be nasty to be honest, probs a cyst. Maybe give it another day and visit drs.

Oh poor you, don't worry.
have a read of this, does it sound like yours?

Thanks both, that does sound like what's going on with me Zebra. The bit about the glands that make the lubricant for sex being blocked also makes sense since I'd had sex earlier that evening. Didn't think to link the two of them together though :s

I had one there a while ago. Ended up squeezing it eventually which hurt like hell but the sporners on here would have been delighted - it burst and healed
Was just a little lump but went so sore, I think it was actually just a spot or even a hair that had gone in

I think soaking in warm baths can help, but if it gets worse or doesn't heal up, you will probably need to see gp. But am sure that they've seen a load of them before, certainly I've seen mention of them on here quite a lot.

It's more painful this morning, (definitely TMI here) and makes wiping when using the toilet difficult. School run then call to the doctors I think :s

Yup, docs for you I think!
Best of luck!
