Sinus headache or migraine?

I have had an awful sinus headache for the last few days - aching forehead, cheekbones, eyes, eye sockets, ache running from my upper jaw through my teeth, into my ears and down the sides of my neck into my shoulders. I'm also feeling nauseous and I've been light headed and dizzy on and off. But I've no temperature, cough, sneezing or snot. I have rinsed my sinuses which works when they are connected, but it hasn't helped. I asked Dr Google for other remedies and she is suggesting I actually have a migraine. I don't know if I've ever had a migraine before (but I have had this non congested sinus pain before) so I don't know if this is one. I don't have any of the classic migraine symptoms. Anyone have any clue what might be wrong with me???

bend over- does it hurt? If yes sinusitis.

Look at a light, does it hurt? If yes, migraine.

Simplistic I know but might help diagnosis!

Thanks Kate! No increased pain when I bend over, not really when I look at a light either, although moving my head at all makes it feel like it'll fall off Sad I've been thinking about it all day, and I think I've been getting these types of headaches in line with my periods, just never put it together before, so must add it to my ever increasing list of things to ask the gp about.
