With the current situation and reports of HCP's contracting the disease even with so called protective measures.

Would you be willing to look after patients with Ebola if it became an issue in your country?

Yes. There are lots of other life threatening infectious diseases there is a risk of health care professionals contracting if safety measures fail.

Did you know we have an ebola topic which is a much better place to keep questions like this a rational discussion. Mn have been moving loads of threads over, but is better if they dont have to.

ebola topic

PiperIsOrange · 16/10/2014 20:04

I am a hospital cleaner, I am not told what a patient has due to patient confidentiality. I wouldn't have a choice because I am not told.

SauvignonBlanche · 16/10/2014 20:08

Yes, of course I bloody well would, we are not allowed to pick and choose who we provide care for! Hmm

Try the Ebola topic if you wish to discuss this further.

Just moving this to our Ebola section - where it will be stored along with all other discussion, questions and information on the topic.
