Does this sound like hypermobility?

I do ballet, only on a recreational level, but dance for about 8 hours a week. On Saturday, it was noticed that I can't put my heels together in 1st position and keep my knees straight. They look like picture 1, they ought to look like 2.

After looking on the NHS website, I am beginning to wonder if I have Joint Hypermobility Syndrome. I faint fairly regularly, have joint pain whenever I'm ill and after walking round shops/museums etc. I am often cold and my feet are purple. I can pop my hips out as well.

Could this be hypermobility? Who can diagnose it? Is there any benefit to being diagnosed?

Go to your doctor and ask/tell them. They will take appropriate measures such as referring to physio etc
