Right I'm having a moan but I'm ill so allowed right now I have
Athletes foot/broken skin/cracks between my toes which is hurting me
Don't know if it's verrucas or calluses on my feet
A huge pile which is mad itchy
Contact dermatitis which is driving me mad on my hands
The usual cold symptoms of shivers/aches/sore throat/runny nose etc
And I've just discovered a huge spot on my neck Shock

DP is away on business and I'm here with the 4DC and just want to crawl under a duvet.

I know in the grand scheme of things I'm very lucky but just feeling down today

Ah you do have a lot going on. Are you run down?

Forgive the armchair diagnosing, but are you eating properly?
Sleep? or will that make you laugh hysterically. Smile

I'd suggest a GP appointment as your first job this morning, then a DVD for whoever is left at home, with you lying on the sofa with tea and toast.

Look up the symptoms for Candida. Try and not eat sugar for a week and I'm sure you'll see an improvement ( this is hard to do but worth a google - I recommend Zoe Harcombe

Took dog to the vets then for a walk now on sofa with blanket and DVD until school run.

I am always tired, I take Vit B12 and iron as I'm veggie, have had blood tests before all ok.

I'm a sugaraholic though and use chocolate and biscuits to get through the day, my diet is ok but could be better. Sleeps a nightmare, takes me ages to sleep at night but I could sleep on a washing line during the day. I'm out walking at least an hour a day with the dog too.
