pea sized lump on side of babies head?

does anyone know what this could be? its just above the ear area. i did ask the peadiatrician when we took dd to the hospital for another issue, his reply was "its normal", but i forgot to ask him exactly what it was! its been there since birth.

My DS had one under his ear on his neck and it disappeared after a while. The doc dismissed it as nothing but do push for a second opinion if you are worried.

I once raced to the dr with same thing and that's what it was

Dt1 had one, it was a cyst and went on its own.

ds and dd both had these (in fact dd still has one) and was told they are lymph nodules and perfectly normal.
