Phimosis - DH

DH has this, it's been going on for weeks and having used the cream he was given last time he saw the GP about 6 weeks ago he's been back today and been given a different cream. I think it's not going to get better with cream now, but clearly he's keen to avoid surgery if possible. Any advice please?

this is not something I have experience of, but if it is caused by tightness, I did hear a non-surgical skin stretching device is available and may do the trick. You will find it if you google. See what the GP says. I do not know if it is suitable if there is already an infection.
