Pain after local anaesthetic

I had some moles removed today under local. They are starting to wear off, I took some paracetemol with codeine about half an hour ago and the pains just getting worse (centre of my back). Is there anything I can take or do? Normally can't take aspirin or Ibruprofen due to stomach problems.

Can be uncomfortable but I would normally expect the paracetamol/ codeine to help. Give it a bit longer but if no effect ring where you had it done for some advice. Mine was on my face but I know someone who had two taken off her back and she said it was very sore as its sort of an area which is constantly pulling
